Gallery LIFETILE Compositions
For almost twenty years artist Rufus Butler Seder has created large-scale LIFETILES mural installations for public places around the world. Now, with the serious collector in mind, he's designed a family of smaller scale, multiple-tile LIFETILE Gallery Compositions. These sparkling, magical works of art appear to come to life and move realistically when you walk by them. Put one on display in your shop window and watch the reaction! Qualified galleries and shops wishing to resell single LIFETILES can view them in our retail pages and order them from our wholesale price sheet along with our other products.
The works featured below are composed of two to nine LIFETILES each. Each individual 8 inch square, ½ inch thick, 3 lb. LIFETILE is hand-cast and hand fabricated. The animated image is indelibly kiln-fired into it.
The LIFETILES shown on this page are studio-set at an optimum viewing distance of 5 feet to 8 feet, ideal for home or gallery viewing. The dimensions shown below each work are to tile edges and do not include the additional width of frames surrounding the works. Color of the work and edition quantity is posted beneath each description.
Prices of the works on this page range from $500 to $10,000 depending on size, complexity of image and the number of colors used.
